cracked granite what would you do ?

We had new, 3 cm negresco granite countertops installed on Friday, Sept. 15. When the tile company started grouting they noticed two hairline cracks in the granite. The cracks are up against the wall and run perpendicular to the wall and natural veining of the stone.
What would you do?
