@Millworkman..the siding on the other side is different. Would like to do new siding (not sure what color), new windows (white or black) and not sure what to do with the front steps. What would you replace the front steps with? Pictures please!

Stone steps always look classy. If that's outside your budget, try Trex or something similar in a color that goes with your house. We have light gray.

New siding is NOT cheap, and will not be as valuable as the original siding. You might want to just move in, and live with it a6 months to a year, and save money. Then decide what you're going to do with that 30K-60K other than new siding.

I'd remove the tree to the left of the front. For windows we need a floorplan and where the house is and the direction it faces.
