Either refinish everything, then apply the oil base poly or go with a water base system.

Apply two or three coats of Bona Amberseal ( three coats max is allowed) and then top coat with a single component water base poly with amberizer, until you achieve a match. If, it took only one coat of amberizer to match, finalize with a cleaer coat afterwards.

You burnt the bridge when you clear coated floor. You'll have to sand it down and start over by staining.

The only way to get new to come close to old is to sand all of it down and stain and clear all of it at once. IT still won't match fully. But it will be closer.
