How old is your refrigerator?

Refrigerator: Why won't my refrigerator cool at all?

6 years old. its actually cooling slightly now but won't get any colder than 48-50.

i ought to just get a bare bones one thats 30 years old, it will last longer.

Did you watch any of the troubleshooting videos on the page linked above?

Note: Lomo has no idea what's wrong with your refrigerator. He writes virtually the same thing about every product and provides no solution to any problem.

1. LOL. Yes......my guess its either the thermistor or the board but I do not know enough to troubleshoot them. I have a guy coming by to look at it tomorrow. The videos have a sensor shown which AFAIK is the only one there but looks nothing like the part I am calling a thermistor. I cannot find any part that looks like the sensor which I would expect to see in the inside somewhere. The thermistor is actually attached to the compressor.
