Our relationship with our contractor is going downhill fast. The quality of the work is sturdy but the unforced error rate is high.

We were doing our best to avoid a war by keeping a keen eye on the work and focusing on finishing the areas we have started. The kitchen is completely gutted. The cabinets have not been ordered--- but soon.

Our contractor is also designing our kitchen layout. He only wants to use Crystal Cabinets.

Everywhere I look, post-2020 customers are having huge issues with Crystal. Items are coming in damaged or incorrect and Crystal won't honor their warranties. Is this the case where a former good company is relying on it's past reputation of quality? Has anyone have a recent good experience?

Also considering, reaching out to a local place or looking looking into Rutt. Both of this actions will not please our contactor. However our relationship is uncertain now, who knows where we will be in 20 weeks (which I hear is the lead time of Crystal Cabinets).
