If the first pic is the front, you need to remove a lot of concrete and put in some greenery.

At a lake home like that, driveway space is valuable. The home would look nicer if new concrete was poured, but boat storage space and parking space for friends and family are what matters for most people.

The siding isn't the issue with the house, in my opinion. A portico is needed.

Be bold and go classic black or dark gray or even a dark green if that’s what you like. Stain the deck to match. Adding a cover over the entrance door would be nice on rainy days.
