We have a den that is an interior room of the house. No direct lighting or windows. It has recessed can lights along both sides, 3 on each side. It has two unattractive '80s fans in the middle. We have big lamps, too. During the day the sunroom is very well lit, and brings in a lot of sunlight. Just confused what to replace the ceiling fans with. Recessed lights would be the most expensive option because it's the ground floor of a two-story house. Would be easier/cheaper just to replace with another fixture!
