My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anlin Windows Poor Quality

Horrible quality windows and doors. We spent over $40,000 to replace our windows and doors.


1. There was an internal scratch on one of the doors.


2. Most of the gasket trim fell off. The installer blamed the manufacturer. The manufacturer blamed the installer. They replaced it but it is falling off again.


3. One door we can not longer open. Completely locked up. I viewed a video online and the locks should line up vertically. They are all misaligned and will eventually lead to failure.


4. They left paper sticker residues on all of the doors and windows. Took many hours to clean. ***



Update - Trim is falling off again. I posted an image below. Horrible quality.
