Design Dilemma Porches & Decks

I have two patios that came with this mosaic tile when I purchased my house. It looks junky and I was wondering if anyone has any inexpensive suggestions on how to make it look nicer. Should I paint it or epoxy it? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I would designate areas with outdoor area rugs.

Define the conversation area, dining, etc.

Your patio looks to be in great shape! I would not alter it in any way. I agree to consider an outdoor rug for added interest to that space.

Mosaic is a very kind description of the material used on your patio.

I would want to stain it a dark color, but unless you check to see if all the stone will take stain, it could be an expensive mistake.

Paint is also an option.
