My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Help with awkward family room layout

Finishing new home remodel and trying to figure out how to layout our multi-use family room with a corner fireplace.

This will be the main tv watching room, as well as play area for my kids, so toy storage and open floor is key.

I like deepish sectionals with chaises, lounge accent chairs with ottomans and lift top coffee tables.

My design aesthetic is MCM so clean lines is key.
