I would really appreciate some thoughts. My covered porch has an open beam ceiling that’s going to be painted the same color as the header beams. Beacuse it does not have a “finished“ ceiling, the wires for the fan are exposed. The builder thinks the best option to disquise the wires is to paint over them. My husband thinks the wires should be covered with conduit. I’m not sure which way to go. Thoughts please.
