Yes call an awning company in your area. They will stitch a new cover to fit the old frame. Our local company is called ‘coastal canvas’ which always made me think they were an art supply company.

Replace the cover or the whole awning? IMO look at the retractable ones instead but we need much better pictures here in a comment from further back If this is to control heat and UV solar shades inside could do that nicely and from what I see look better too.
