Put the tv on the large window wall to the left of the window. Then move your tv to face the window wall and move it as far as possible to the wall with the shopping cart.

You can probably get a small table and lamp between that wall and the sofa.

This might give you enough space for the dining table.

How often do you need a dining table and for how many ? I think if bot often I would look at a coffee table that converts to a dining table then just add some chairs when needed .

I would hang the TV on the Large window wall (Left side)

Move the sofa with the back to the Kitchen, facing the Large window and TV,

Spin the rug, center it on the large window. Put the front legs of the sofa on the rug.

... you could add a long sofa table behind the sofa for display and separation from the Kitchen.

put the NEW dining table under that basket wall display (where the basket/cart is now)

Move the mirror, group all your plants together in that corner and position the small barrel chairs close together with a table & lamp between.
