So many options on Etsy for custom sign. Probably best to do something at the sidewalk or in the lawn.

We used a website called smartsign.com. They have a ton of styles, sizes, one-line, two-line etc so you can really design what you want. I'd do either the side of the front door or the front of the pillar on the right side, whichever is more visible to the street. If neither, then a lawn sign as Paul F suggested. Numbers on your mailbox too.

Etsy has tons of vendors that can make those signs.

I'd prob do larger numbers where you have them now, and if you want the plaque, get one to put on the brick (I have two listed on either side) or, get a pole and hang one like shown on the right corner

I wouldn’t place it on the ground; instead, put it at least as high as an average person’s eye level. Say, at least 4 1/2 feet high.
