IMO either a wal to wall mirror or one just above the sink The sink is centered on the vanity so that is where I would put the mirror.

I would do a full mirror from wall to tower.

Keep your solution simple. Wall to cabinet mirror and light above.

I agree with the full wall mirror. But before you put it up, figure out your lights, you may very well need to move the location of the wires coming out of the wall. It will be easier to repair and paint the wall before you install the mirror.
Consider using a long light bar that will span most of the wall when centered over the mirror (not the sink). Look for something that does not have an obvious central mounting plate like the first two photos. You would never get a fixture like the third pic to look like it was centered correctly.

I prefer the more slender mirror in the post above. You could also center a light bar above it, rather than the sconce. Maybe a nice towel bar on the side wall (larger than a hand towel ring, go begin to balance the tower on the left.

That is a Kohler Maxstow medicine cabinet 22” x 40” with integrated lighting and electrical plugs inside the box. It is surface mount, but it is one of the thinnest I’ve seen at 3 1/2 inches.
