Patrick - if you look up CS on the HMF rose finding website, and click on "photos", in the first few pages you will see a bush growing in "middle Tennessee", which is about 4-5 ft high and wide. The poster says that the hardiness zone where it is growing is 6b.

Also, there is a different pic of a plant of it growing in WDC, hardiness zone 7.

Theses photos were posted in 2013 and 2016, so the climates noted were probably colder when the photos were taken than they are now, and certainly not warmer.

Neither do I, but I thought actual photos of bushes and info as to the climate zones on HMF might be of interest. Most of the photos of course were from CA, but to my surprise there were the two I mentioned. It is amazing how much info you can find by just searching the photos of a rose.

Once I had just received a band of the Green Rose and a band of Mrs. Oakley Fisher when we had an unexpected freeze. Both had ice in their pots. Mrs. OF died, but the Green Rose was fine. Maybe some Chinas are hardier than others?
