I would call Windows on Washington and see if he covers your area. One of the best and a regular contributor here. He will not steer your wrong. Pella would be about the last window I would ever recommend by the way

My personal favorite vinyl window is Okna, however the Softlite Elements, Sunrise Restorations, and the Vytex are very good as well.

Most importantly, I'd second the advice above with regard to contacting Windows on Washington. Great products, great people, you can't go wrong with them.

I'd also agree that Pella and Gentek(AMI) really aren't in that same conversation, particualry when you consider structural ratings like air infiltration.

I’m in the same boat. I’m in MD, need to place 22 windows and preferably both of my patio doors. I am getting short on time and patience, I’ve researched so many replacement windows. I prefer Okna, Vytek, and ProVia in terms of efficiency and quality. installers have given me estimates for Gentek, Invision, and Marvin Infinity. All wildly different in quality and price. Are Okna (600, 800), vytex (potomac) and ProVia Endure in thr same ” family” or am i off?

Vytex Fortis is the best choice from that list.

The Fortis is the better or that bunch. I'd try to get a look at an Okna as well, although I suspect that the OP has already selected a contractor.
