Yesterday I open the door to the double oven and it sounded like a gun goin off. I looked down and the spring in the door had come loose and broke everything in its path. All the screw holes are teared off and a huge dent in the metal part at the top. We had an issue in the fan in the convection oven and Zline refused to help us because they said I voided the warranty by taking the few screws of to inspect if the fan was loose. Was making a horrable noise. Found a replacement fan blade online for $5 and fixed it myself. Additionally, in my whole life I have never owned or seen an over where the enamel is chipped off in so many areas...areas where nothing is ever placed. Looked to see how much to replace the door....$400. No thanks. Oven is just under 2 years old. We are going to replace the whole thing with the brand we had before. If you happen to be stuck with one of these and needs parts I will send for free if you pay the shipping.

And now the inside lights do not turn off and down to 1 oven for the holidays
