String of turtles is a peperomia. Peperomia prostrata. To be honest, I had one and it dropped turtles all over the place. Drove me nuts. So I gave it away.

Your plant looks healthy. I don't know why they drop so many leaves. You can propagate them!

list plant culture variables.. and figure out which one is lacking ...

first.. light. ... how much.. how intense... what hours.. do you close the drapes.. etc.. insufficient light.. get this.. makes a plant shed leaves ...

the watering.. heat.. humidity[usually very minor].. improper air movement.. being over a furnace register.. [hot dry air]////.... etc ...

give us some facts beyond they are falling off.. and we can try to figure it out..

your plant is stressed.. fert is never a response to stress ...

we all have houseplants we gave up on.. because they pissed us off... lol.. give it a few months to get its act together.. but make it clear to the plant.. that if it doesnt.. you will throw it out the back door into a snow back if it doesnt... or some other option if you are not in snow country.. lol ..

lifes to short to live with houseplants that piss you off ...

ps: you can also think about it this way.. it was grown to perfection i a greenhouse.. what did the greenhouse provide.. that you arent or cant...
