How would you layout a living room with the attached design. Would you float the furniture or place a couch tight to the east wall? We will likely put the TV above the fireplace or next to it. Undecided on if we will do built-ins next to the fireplace. We still have time to switch the fireplace to the east wall as well if that seems to be a better flow. Windows on the north look out to water frontage so would like to keep the view as least obstructed as possible.
