Yes, you can purchase just a pedestal for your dryer and they are pretty easy to set up, but you will need a couple helping hands to mount for you. There is just a clamp at each corner to tighten the machine leg to the pedestal. And keep in mind the dryer vent may need to be reconfigured do to the change in height.
