SE fault code indicates a shorted key on the panel, or maybe a problem with the main control board. Shorted key may be a key that's stuck (making contact continuously) or could be an electronics problem with the panel. Try unplugging the range (or turning off the circuit breaker(s)) for a couple minutes to reset the electronics. If no joy, then service is needed, unless you're willing to continue handling the problem as you have been (although it may eventually get worse).
