I have not heard of them, but My main practice has been in the north western area of Michigan's lower peninsula, even though I currently live in the Detroit area. There may be benefits to one stop shopping, but there are benefits to checks and balances.

Relative to vetting a firm, I would search the online court cases in your area to see if anyone had sued them.

I would suggest you give us bit info. Is this build on a lot where you have to use a certain builder? Do you have an architect since thta is usually where I start a new build process. I rarely would want a builder that builds in an area where they build all the homes. Are you planning this is an area where an HOA is already in place . We need more info .
