We recently purchased the “Pacific sofa” and the bisou chairs from Crate n Barrel. We waited for almost 2 months and they finally delivered last week.
They look good but the fabric on the sofas are very prickly. It almost feels like it has tiny thorns sticking out. This makes it difficult to sit on it for more than a few minutes as our skin starts becoming itchy.
Has anyone else had this experience?
Would really appreciate all suggestions and input. We spent a lot of money on the furniture and I am very disappointed that its so uncomfortable.
PS: I had tested the sofa by going to the CB store before placing the order.. and the sofa fabric was very comfortable then.
