I would say my style is mcm, contemporary, modern. .I like brown, black, white,gray and and mixed metals.

Keep the downlights, and move the doorbell......so that you can assemble a decent foyer mirror and table in the area.

Why am I moving the doorbell? Are mu mirror and table cheap looking ?

Would two semi ceiling flush lights with two bulbs each be more light and disburse the light? Would two be a faux pas? Even if identical?

Your mirror is undersized when compared to the table. If the table is 60" then the mirror should be about 36" in diameter, and the mirror should only be about 3-6" above the surface of the table.

Everything in the hallway is tight on clearance so a buffet lamp, that is tall and skinny will look better on your narrow table.

Ty, I like what you have there…your mirror, the lamp, and especially your pink floral seem. Yes to two matching semi flush lights. I suggest you look at
lamps plus.com for some interesting but reasonably priced ones. I would do a dark metal that would look good with your console.
