Jilly, thank you! Both photos are from a past issue of Cottage Journal. I tried reverse search, too. The MIa looks like the one in the photo. It is a bit expensive and only 75 watts. I wonder if that's bright enough for reading.

The fabric on the chair in pic 2 was hugely popular for a while, it got asked about here often.

I agree the Mia is quite pricey — I’ll bet you can easily find something similar out there. I think 75 watts would be fine for reading in most cases.
