Hm…..the easiest thing to do would be to replace the whole thing. If you really don’t want to do that, depending on your cabinet’s height (as in: is it the older, lower height, or newer, taller one? 35-36” with top?), you could remove the old top, add 2-3” of framing to the top of the cabinet (if it is the lower height), and have a mitered quartz/stone top made that covers the frame. You should now have enough room for a bit larger sink at the old location. Now get a nice, new faucet, a frameless, beveled mirror that encompasses the entire width, and new, stylish lighting across the top, and your space will look new. If you want the sink centered, you’ll have to move your plumbing over and do more mods….or get a new cabinet. Good luck!

Otherwise just get a new countertop, diff sink, new lighting and some type of style/decor.

you can do anything you want. if you see something w/a center sink, just copy it but keep your sink on the left.

I like something like this. tile that entire wall, new counterotp, and do two mirrors w/sconces, if you like.

or, do a mirror like this, the lighting, (ignore the right sink) and just have this design. put a tray on the right side w/toiletries, a tall vase

prob do a full mirror with light above. that's one option

do a full mirror like this, either sconces on either side, or a nice overhead light, wallmount faucet (yours would be off to the left) and a nice tray on the right side.

or, how about this design? on the other side you can do some shelves, or art,

maybe inset shelving?

tile the full wall, single mirror, some sconces

maybe some tile on the wall behind, new countertop, wall mount faucet

or you could do something like this w/two mirrors. have the right side for make up or hair

you could do tile/wallpaper, but you'd have a full mirror, or an offset mirror

or, how about some kind of tower on the one end? I like this set up for you

To me, the light fixture is definitely making things look uncoordinated and unbalanced. Put two rectangular mirrors with one long light fixture over them, or matching fixtures over each. I like your countertop you currently have. A very pretty faucet would take the sink up a level. Take the towel ring off the wall. You could even put a beautiful wallpaper on the three walls in this “nook”.

You might look at getting one large mirror or two smaller mirrors that are the same size. Then you might look at updating the lighting.
