Anyone here know about this 'project'?

First I thought it was the stupidest thing ever. Then I spent yesterday afternoon sewing 4 hearts and using up scrap fabric, buttons, and ribbon.

Today I met my best freind for lunch and a walk through a loooong outdoor shopping strip. We left three hearts on bushes and a bench in hopes someone else will have their day brightened.
