Second - you’re idea of layout is practically like having a sectional plus two bonus chairs.
So, do you want to just do a sectional here as well?

Otherwise I may just do two sofas facing each other. And call it good. You can add poufs , bench or cubes for extra seating when guests come over.

Thanks all for the thoughtful replies! The reason I was thinking couch along window and not a sectional or couch elsewhere is because the entry is behind where I’m standing for the photo and the open area between the kitchen. I thought the two sets of chairs would be good on those sides mainly for flow of the room. There is an island that will have 4 stools so I didn’t want a couch to block the flow between the kitchen and living room area. The dimensions of that room are around 21x16

I originally wanted two matching couches facing each other with two chairs facing the fireplace but my husband and mom thought that would be too obstructive between the kitchen/living area. So then I changed the second couch into the round swivel chair idea and kept the two armchair facing the fireplace idea
