From what I can see, this room looks really nice.
I think the layout is what’s off but that is an easy fix.

I might get a new rug and new less rustic coffee table.

And a new lamp.
But I think this space is well done and with a few tweaks can be amazing!

Can you post more photos,

Remove the lamps and the table against the wall. Push the sectional into the corner.

Now position the two chairs side by side facing blank wall. Put the front legs of the chairs on the white rug.

Floor lamp now goes next to the two chairs.

On the solid wall add a good size piece of (framed) art and sconces. If you don't want the expensive of installing hardwired ones, there are great LED battery sconces.

I see lots of ceiling lights, so adding a chandelier in the middle of the room (separate dimmer switch) would give lovely light. You would size it by adding together the length and width of the room. For instance a 13 x 20 room would mean around 33" would be perfect size.

I ado agree the table against the back wall and the decor need to go. You need art on that hyge wall but I am cirious why you do not put the TV on that wall with maybe some Ikea Besta pieces for storage , TV and a bit of display. e do need pics of the whole space please post her ein a comment DO NOT start another post. I like the brick .
