I realized posting pics of the difference in shade of the same finishes of both companies might help someone. It would have helped me! (I definitely recommend getting samples! Waterstone on their website and Cali faucet you can call or email and request 5 free samples. First pic is satin brass, waterstone on top. 2nd satin bronze, waterstone on top.

These are the ones I’m debating about with the sink sample.

Hi! I ordered the waterstone Chardonnay faucet last week! I can post pics when it comes in. (Eventually it’ll take a bit!) here are the satin brass and Chardonnay next to each other. Chardonnay on the left.

Chardonnay is a little more brown and less yellow. Both are so pretty though. We picked the Chardonnay because it looked better with our bronze sink.
The Chardonnay is kind of close to champagne bronze from Brizo but not as brown and more shinny.

I got a sample from Rachiele custom sinks. So glad they had one! I was so bummed they weren’t available on Waterstone website!

It’s really pretty. I like it better than champagne bronze/gold lux from delta/brizo. More metallic and shiny!
