Would be helpful to have measurements of room and bed to know all options re fit but my first choice would be to flip the bed 90 degrees and put the headboard on the wall with the hole in it, directly across from the wall with the floor vents. If that doesn’t work size-wise, I’d keep the bed on the current wall but move it as far over as possible if that gets it out from under the window. I’d do roman shades or similar window coverings or shutters.

Yes, totally agree with Susan. Do you need both nightstands? Maybe remove the one on the right side.

Sorry for the multiple responses. We do want to keep 2 nightstands and the bed is a standard king size, 76 x 80 in.

One more update: the vents are about 2x12in where the air actually comes out, and about 6 in from the wall to the vent and 7 in from the edge of the window to the vent.

Definitely put the bed with the headboard on the wall with the entry door. You should have plenty of room for the bed and the nightstands. Then do matching window treatments on the two windows.

Remove green curtains. Put bed below the other window. Or even on the opposite wall sjde so its to the left when you walk in the bedroom door.

You actually might look at placing the bed on the big blank wall to the left of your current bed. Then you'd be facing a window and have the other window on the left. This setup might make it so you don't have to cover the floor vents.
