Are you removing the 4" backsplash that matches the countertop? If not and you are just removing the tiles. I would paint rather than tile.

Have you considered something without so much pattern? I don't really like how those options compete with the busyness of the granite. I would remove the 4 inch backsplash piece of granite, if possible and go with something in the lightest color in your granite and grout to match. Then bring in your desired accent color with a few accessories.

Agree with above comments. Only paint if you’re not removing the 4” backsplash. Combining tile with a 4” splash isn’t usually a good look. I wouldn’t add more pattern with tile. Keep the pattern and focus in the counters or backsplash, not both.

None of those tiles compliment your granite and flooring. Your 4" piece of granite is your backsplash. Remove the existing tile above that, paint the area and call it a day.

I think that would look good. When you remove the tile, remember to take off the granite piece behind the stove. You don't need it with your range, Typically you would only see that with a slide in range.

I like it as-is. I know a lot of people say either the 4" block or backsplash tile and not both, but since yours is already done why mess it up, the backsplash tile seems to coordinate with the floors, the cabs, and the counters just fine and somehow manages to bring it all together. I'd leave it. Unless you really hate it, of course. You do need some hardware, though.
