you don't show any crown moulding... I would not paint any crown a contrasting color, either same as ceiling or same as wall.

So keep the doors, door trim and baseboard all white along with the windows and crown moulding, is what you're suggesting? Thanks

If you want the trim to be the wall color, which is not wrong, I would paint it all. But I would probably leave the ceiling white.

Have you held up a sample piece of the crown you want to use, up over the window, to make sure the spacing will look good?
