This is what I would do:

1 switch for sconces

1 switch for 3 recessed light

1 switch for 2 recessed lights in tub/shower (eliminates dark corners)

1 exhaust fan over toilet

Put dimmers on all the light switches.

I like having the option to completely light up a bathroom or adjust as needed with different switch options and dimmers.

Some might say that 2 recessed light in a tub/shower is too much, but I have been doing that for all my bathrooms for years now and appreciate the flexibility of full lighting and being able to dim down as needed. Most people just do what they have been used to seeing in the past ... and most spec builders won't add a second light because it costs them money.

One recessed light in the shower, centered on the tub, is plenty. I made the mistake of installing two and one of them ended up right above the rain shower head which reflected light in all directions (I disconnected it). I have a hansgrohe shower pipe just like you've selected. Because yours is black, the light wouldn't be reflected; the shower head would just create a shadow.
