Waht space is under this deck? I use duradeck for the actul flooring above carports but would have to really do my homework for a roofdeck above living space there are all kinds of issues with drainage , proper water proofing and also just the fact that the deck needs to be built to handle the huge amoount of weight you are adding. The flooring is the last tick of the box
