I think it might be currently utilized as an Airbnb, because the listing says it has been designed and staged by [a company that specializes in short-term rentals]. The bedrooms seem to be kind of theme-ish too.

Can you imagine staying there, as an Air B&B, and being required to mist and weed the wall, in addition to doing the cleaning (while also paying a large cleaning fee).
