Can’t you show this photo to your pool installer? Surely they have access to something better than we can find on google.

This level of water flow requires significant pump power, on the scale of, say, a Speck swim jet (swim against the tide) pump. However, the output would be connected to the slot instead of the swim jet assembly. If this image is of the main pool pump return, in lieu of wall ports with a typical pumping/filtering scheme, then it is necessary that the pump be large enough (probably 5 HP, and the entire skimmer, floor drain, tubing, filter, etc. components be low pressure loss (designed for high flow rates). (My Spec swim jet (not part of pool filtering) uses 4-inch PVC for head to pump and back, with adapters for the pump and jet interfaces.)

In any case, given the OP's wording, why not adapt or duplicate your existing structure/pump?
