How does "TRUSSES RAISED 12" AT THIS AREA" effect the floor level above this space?

The trusses throughout the house will be 24 inches and in this one area they will be 12 inches.

You have three separate posts going. One on a kitchen layout, one on a shower, and one now added on a movie room.

You best bet is to get a team together, architect, builder, interior designer and pro kd /bath designer.

Crowd sourcing separately every part of the house will get you nowhere but confused.

Jan, if you read the posts the OP wrote, instead of just telling the OP off, you would know that it is a new custom build on 3.5 acres in Minnesota and they copied a house plan that they had walked through.

Breanna S, back to your question. Do you have a local PGA Store or other large golf store nearby? They have golf simulators you can look at and try, to give you a better idea of how much space you need. I tested some clubs in one a few months ago and based on how large it was, I would place the simulator in that bottom/south area and the movie screen/TV on the top/north wall.

Going back to your other post, I would seriously look at redesigning the house to take advantage of the space you have available with your 3.5 acres.
