Maybe call a local glass shop and they will recognize it or be able to source it. Very possibly futile.

Too many brands out there, and too many brands and models that have come and gone. As Hallett mentions a local glass show may be able to help but unless it is something they have in stock you will be out of luck as none that am aware of ever frame parts alone.

I would look at the C.R Laurence catalog.

Most shower/glass shops source products from them.

@chispa Yeah, but they will not sell parts only. If it were there product you are still buying an entire package. For an aluminum system to corrode that badly it is not a newer shower door for sure, which is kind of why I said what I said.

Hi everybody. Thanks for the feedback. the word futile entered my mind too. One thing - not necessarily looking for a direct replacement part. It is really just a fancy U channel with one rounded side for show. If I can find a 3ft long channel, 9/16 ID and about 1 inch tall sides I may be able to make that work.

Somebody out there has to make shower frames….

Hi everybody,

Let this project sit idle for a while due to other priorities. Would like to re- visit to see if i can find a replacement aluminum strut or something similar that may work.

Attached photo is an end view to show what I have now.

Overall height = 1 -1/16
