I brought this Syngonium ‘Bronze Maria’ from Lowes. It was drowning in its pot, the soil was so waterlogged. There were numerous dead leaves that I removed. I was worried about root rot, so I cut off all the roots, sprayed with hydrogen peroxide, and I’ll be growing this plant in water to establish a fresher and healthier root system. I also brought philodendron that I gave similar treatment. The philodendron was mostly single leaf node cuttings shoved in a pot for sale🤷🏽‍♀️😬.
