My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    If you are making reference to safety issues regarding the downstairs staircase opening, I believe there is a thick wall phenolic sheet that spans the opening floor to ceiling that provides the needed protection. I missed it at first. Looks very nice.

    There would be, all stairs are required to have hand rail. Doesn't mean the GC didn't put a temp up and then take it back off after CO per the owner / architect's preference.
