It is the same as a kitchen cabinet that pulls out, with trash and recycling. it is just the home office desk cabinet instead of a kitchen cabinet. i am not at the house or i would take a photo, but i don't think there is anything to add with a photo.

It will take a cabinet maker to build the new drawers, they will not have any problems with the conversion. Not really something you can accomplish with ready made parts.

Depending on the width of the cabinet, you could remove the trash set up and get this unit from Rev-a-shelf

Since you just have a single door, you would only be able to do one. But it is hard to say of there are other options with a photo and some actual dimensions of the cabinet.
