Sloped deck - top rail parallel to deck or level

I am replacing the railing of a deck that is tiled with a schluter system. the deck has a modest pitch so that water will drain. is it best to run the top rail parallel to the deck or keep it level? I’ve shimmed my posts so they are level. I should have measured the old rail before I removed it.

Level. NOT Parallel to any slope. It's not a stair rail banister, correct? : )

This deck is 12 years old, the top rails were just about done. as i was replacing them, i found water had leached at my lower trim board (not at the tile, but above it) and had started rotting the post under the trim. i have cable rails and have plenty of room to adjust for slope while still maintaining minimum spacing requirements. the posts are true level. i woild normally just measure post height from the deck. but it is sloped towards the lake and fire place by about 1/4” from left to right (towards the fireplace) also.
