Does anything look different to you?

Do things sometimes suddenly look different and you can't tell if it's true or just a figment?

Is it just me and/or my browser, or does the font now look different on these boards - blacker/bolder and not the same style? Is it the page color, perhaps?

And yesterday I noticed weird little punctuation marks in the Like button, not there now.

I keep thinking it's my settings, that maybe there was an update or something, but I just checked and don't see anything changed. Perhaps Houzz did something?

I know we use a variety of platforms, browsers and devices, this is on my desktop iMac using Firefox.

Now that you mention it, the fonts do look smaller and lighter again 🙂

And when I select text, it's in green now.

So it wasn't just me...?

Oh great - now it's back the other way again...wth?

Mine seems the same. Sometimes, however, the auto correct drives me insane Also , often th e font is smaller and very faint.

I'm seeing changes on my MacBook where I use Chrome. Everything looks normal with Safari. Ever since the latest Chrome update.

Nothing looks different to me, and the small "i"s in the headings still look like small "l"s to me, and I wish that would change.

Thanks for the replies, all - I suspect it's something on my end - but Houzz can be glitchy. Perhaps it's an interface issue.

Also, when I highlight something, it's in black now.

What I've been seeing for quite awhile now is an ad for the Houzz "how much to remodel your kitchen" calculator right after the first post of a new thread. Not on the side, but at the bottom of, or as if it is the second post of a thread. Not sure if I'm explaining it right.

No. On my PC it has "Planning to Remodel Your Kitchen?" and "Estimate Your Project Cost" on the left, and a calculator and a green receipt(?) on the right, above the first post.

My iphone had an update this weekend and i had to reset some settings but my GW looks the same. Did your device have an upgrade in software?

I haven't changed a thing but today, I noticed that where the thumb for like would be green if I had liked a comment, it is just a darker black.

Hmmm... no clue what is going on.

It's different but I like it, so far. I like the bold and light contrast of the text (light) and the username and "like" button (bold).

The font has changed and the like button doesn't change color when you like something as it did before.

I noticed this morning that the thread titles don't turn light gray after you read them, they remain black as if you did not read them.

With all the things that are wrong with this site, they decide to mess with the fonts and make the functionality even worse? Really? I wish instead they would fix up things like the search function!

Not having the like buttons change color is a real drawback for me.

Yeah, the like button is problem now. I didn't remember I "liked" a comment (because it was black) and I "liked" it again-and I apparently DID "like" it-because it took it away. So, I "liked" it twice LOL
