Do you have a favourite batting to recommend?

I am not hugely experienced with quilting, but I have made a few. i have always used Warm and Natural and have been very happy with it. Now I am ready to quilt a top I have been working on forever, and I cant find that batting. is there another brand that is similar? is there a really good one to recommend. i want a reasonably weighty one, as it will be used as a blanket.

I like the Hobb's Heirloom 80/20 blend. It's 80% cotton. They also make Hobb's Heirloom 100% cotton which I suspect is comparable to Warm and Natural. Both very good products.

The roll I just ordered is the 80/20 blend. I think that is all I have ever used.

Another thing about wanting a 'warm' quilt is not to have the quilting on it too dense so make sure the batting you buy states how far apart is allowable. May we see some of the quilts you've made? I'm so visual, I have to watch tutorials on how to use special rulers. sigh. Welcome to our forum.
