Sorry IMO the TV above the FP is all wrong on this size of wall you could easily do the low cabinets on either side of the fP with the TV wall mounted at the proper viewing height above one cabinet and a nice piece of art above the othr and be done . No need to decorate shelving that just never is quite right.

Seems you have a LOT of the thirty feet of wall left over? Show some pictures of the room from different angles, please?

Your drawing does has not got all dimensions either, and why does anything need to meet the fire place, and especially the cabinets. If it is to accommodate cable? There is NO need. That can be located a half mile away : ) Via HDMI cable, an ir repeater, and an electrician.
