Keep it as is. Staging for resale can be like picking a thread on a sweater that just keeps unraveling. You have lived with these two colors and can sell with these two colors. Smart that you are getting cracks touched up though.

Is the Kilim Beige used anywhere else in an adjacent room? If so, keep it the way it is. Like Kendrah said, changing one thing can make other things look worse, so you have to be careful. But if it's not used elsewhere, or not needed to transition to another color, change it to the living room color. Moonshine is more neutral and up to date than KB. Provided it will work with any art and furnishings you have there.

Switch to the Moonshine if only the hall is currently painted with Kilim Beige. A fresh coat of paint in the hallway makes a good impression when buyers enter and leave.

Yes kilim is only in the halls. redid my living room from like a 90s style with a dark tan wall. it blended well with the kilim. just figured kilim was neutral so didnt bother redoing.

think it looks fine now but would definitely look fresher with moonshine.

Do ask the painter first, don't just assume. You seem to be asking for a brand change, a color change, and additional labor. You might be thinkin' around 300, but your painter will know what the number will be.
