Where is your folding space? That is a glaring error to me (or I can't read plans :-) ).

I fold on my DR table or kitchen island. It's the only surface large enough for king sized bed linens :)

The tall pantry cabinet on the far right conceals a roll-out locking platform with a seamstress press. Electrical outlets are installed on the back walls of each of the 3 columns to the right of the laundry appliances.
