Help anchoring a wind block on a Patio

We have a beautiful patio outside of our 4 seasons room. It's built up with very large rock on the outside and patio pavers on the inside. Due to the wind, we'd like to install a wind block but are having trouble figuring out how to anchor the wind block on top of the patio pavers.

Any suggestions?
